We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with data entry and basic reporting.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Support office staff with general duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prior office experience is an added advantage.
